Most of us are familiar with the saying, “Location, Location, Location.” When marketing and selling a high value asset in the city it’s less about what the property looks like and more about where it’s located. This always rings true for one of my favorite clients, Beth with The Jones-Saglimbeni Group.
Read on to learn about getting the BIG PICTURE with high altitude aerial photography!
When we take photos for Beth and her colleagues we have a short, yet stringent list of requests. The first is to capture the most important focus areas for each angle and the other is to provide a lot of sky (label space). Once we land, download, color-correct, and email Beth her images, she gets to work creating one of the most important images they use when marketing a property. (The specific properties have been removed in each of the following images)
We took this image from a Cessna 182 at 1300’AGL. An altitude of 1300ft may seem pretty random and I assure you it totally is. Normally we shoot from altitudes like 1000 ft or 1500 ft, which is right were we started for Beth’s office, but they weren’t 100% satisfied with the altitude and after a few photo flights for them we finally found the perfect altitude to make them happy.
Below is another example of how the The Jones-Saglimbeni Group uses our imagery to highlight their properties. Both images were taken with a Nikon D850, 24-70mm. The D850 has a 45.7 megapixel sensor which provides outstanding detail and resolution.
Here’s what Beth had to say about working with us:
“Labeled aerial images are a powerful staple for our marketing collateral, providing visually in-depth information to our potential buyers.”
“I have had the pleasure of working with The 111th throughout my nearly 10-year tenure as part of The Jones-Saglimbeni Group. The 111th is my go to team for all aerials needs. We have worked closely together to perfect our best height and angles. Anywhere between the Bay Area and up to Reno, their team is quick to jump on each new project I give them and always makes sure we’re happy with the final product.”
Here at the 111th we are all about customer service. We love our clients and strive to deliver the best product and service possible. Above is just a small example of how one of our clients uses aerial photography to enhance their property marketing. Questions? Want to schedule a shoot? Contact us!
